Consultations require approximately 2 - 3 hours to complete. During this time we tour each room and the exterior of the house, taking notes, pictures and measurements. From this information, we write a report which makes a room by room list of recommendations to prepare your house for sale. Using the recommendations, clients can choose to implement some or all of the changes, or engage Stage-to-Sell to do the work.

Once the outlined recommendations have been completed, Stage-to-Sell can return and work with your furniture, accessories and artwork to "showcase" your home's features. To keep costs to a minimum we use as much of your existing décor as possible, but in some cases we may suggest adding new pieces. When necessary we will supplement your furnishings with rental accessories from our inventory or source out pieces for you to purchase directly.
